WOLFE CITY — Ryan Smith had two doubles, homered and drove in five runs as Wolfe City opened its season with a 14-4 non-district victory in five innings over Cumby on Tuesday.
Chaffin Andrews had three hits and scored three runs, Malik Gaffney was 2-for-2 and scored three runs and Zach Williams struck out eight in four innings to earn the win for Wolfe City, which plays at Leonard at 4 p.m. on Monday.
